Job summary

Kinetic Advantage is seeking an entry-level Lending Services Coordinator to support the lending workflow by monitoring the group inbox, gathering data, and following up on pending applications to keep the process moving smoothly. Acting as a bridge between the field, sales, and the Lending department, you will ensure all documents and stipulations are collected for quick decisioning.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process credit applications by looking up credit reports, OFAC checks, lien searches, and entity statuses using internal software.
• Gather and verify customer paperwork—such as business licenses, bank details, and insurance certificates—while securely handling sensitive information.
• Keep field teams updated on application statuses, follow up on missing information, and act as a bridge between field staff and Credit Analysts.
• Help process temporary credit bumps, update account records, organize review requests, and prepare compliance documents like adverse action notices.
• Collaborate with various team members, management, and vendors, and provide backup coverage for other administrative specialists as needed.
