Responsibilities

• Evaluates and examines credit requests by new customers
• Set-up new accounts for approved customers
• Monitor overdue accounts and work with 3rd party collections for overturned accounts
• Proactively contact past-due accounts to facilitate timely collections
• Complete payment transactions
• Take telephone calls from clients and serve as back-up to front-end receptionist

Responsible for managing the entire credit process, including the approval of credit to borrowers, assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, and credit review of existing borrowers, and past due accounts.
