Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Credit and Collections Analyst to provide financial support to internal and external customers. This hybrid role reports to the Credit Services Manager and involves 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at the Cranberry Township, PA office.

Responsibilities include managing credit limits, conducting credit investigations, and collaborating with the sales team to resolve delinquencies. Requires a bachelor’s degree and SAP experience.

• Communicate with commercial sales team on the status of assigned accounts, and complete account reconciliation based on investigation and analysis.
• Participate in monthly calls with the sales team to review delinquent accounts. Proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships by addressing issues related to credit limits, closed accounts, and accounts placed on credit hold.

Conduct credit investigations and evaluate credit risk to approve new customer accounts and assign appropriate credit limits.

Communicatewith commercial sales team on the status of assigned accounts, and complete account reconciliation based on investigation and analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business oriented field of study.

Experience with SAP and other credit software.

Previous experience in Accounts Receivables preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Infrequent travel expectations can be up to 10%.
