Zest AI, a Los Angeles-based fintech, seeks an analytical professional to support underwriting and Zest Protect onboarding. You will learn model development, run analyses, and produce client-ready deliverables under tight deadlines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, dashboarding, and documentation, with a hybrid work pattern at our Burbank, CA area offices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in analytical roles in financial services, lending, fintech, or data analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication; can explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Learn how credit models are built, maintained, and refreshed and how client data creates a custom model.
• Run and develop analysis for underwriting product: reviews, cutoff, tier analysis, and score distribution.
• Run and develop analysis for Zest Protect (fraud): reviews, false positives, threshold testing.
• Turn reports into client-facing deliverables: decks, ROI analyses, and explanations.
• Manage intake and tickets across Jira; keep CRM records current and due dates tracked.
• Troubleshoot internal tooling and file reproducible bug reports when issues arise.
• Partner with Client Success, Engagement, Modeling, Data Science, Deployment, and Client Ops.
