Western Alliance Bank is offering a 2027 Commercial Banking Development Program - Credit Analyst position in Phoenix, AZ. You will spread, analyze, and maintain financial data for existing and prospective clients, and develop credit studies for Loan Officers and executives.

You will prepare credit reports, perform financial analyses, and collaborate with bank teams on treasury management products and loan packages while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accounting course.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• An interest in working in Commercial Banking.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Spread, manage and maintain financial background information on customers and develop credit studies for Loan Officers and executives.
• Prepare in-depth credit department reports and analyses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute treasury management products, foreign exchange instruments, derivatives, and legal documents.
• Monitor loan disbursements to ensure regulatory compliance and prepare loan packages.
