Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access).

Responsibilities

• Verify accounts receivable information from contracts and load into SAP.
• Monitor units on written repayment plans.
• Perform maintenance within SAP Accounts Receivable system.
• Collaborate with operations on uncollectible amounts.
• Provide AR data to field staff on request.
• Assist with billing reconciliations.
• Coordinate with accounting on AR issues.
• Assist with 180-day write-off reports.
• Prepare journal entries as needed.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
