Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with relevant coursework in accounting/finance.
• Minimum two-year banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spread and analyze commercial financial statements for loan customers.
• Perform financial analysis and basic underwriting of loan packages.
• Perform loan reviews of existing commercial loans.
• Recommend credit grades based on borrower risk and loan performance.
• Identify documentation exceptions and evaluate underwriting.
• CRE Stress Test Analysis.
• Review Rent Rolls, Construction Budgets, Pro Formas, Feasibility Studies, A/R Aging, Inventory, Equipment, Floor Plan Reports.
