Job summary

USD.AI seeks a Credit Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our lending team in NYC. You will guide AI infrastructure borrowers from first contact to funded loan, coordinating diligence and underwriting while supporting the credit team.

You’ll build rapport with borrowers, gather required documents, and manage multiple deals end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-agency environment that values integrity and execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in originations, credit, lending, or related finance roles.
• Strong organizational and project-management instincts to run multiple deals.
• Comfort reading financial documents and data rooms; know what matters.

Responsibilities

• Support the borrower relationship from first touch through funding.
• shepherd deals through diligence and underwriting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to close deals.
• Prepare investment memo briefs, teasers, and term sheet summaries.
• Maintain records, pipeline, and audit-ready documentation.
• Report pipeline metrics and provide updates to leadership.
• Help refine origination and diligence workflows as volume grows.
