Job Title: Credit Analyst
Company: USD.AI
Location: New York City, in-office
Employment Type: Full-time
USD.AI provides AI infrastructure operators with strategic, non-dilutive financing facilities essential for their scale requirements. The company delivers non-recourse loans secured by GPU infrastructure and asset-level cashflows, offering capital providers exposure to liquid, transparent, and tradable credit products secured by income‑producing compute assets. Our team draws experience from Coreweave, DRW, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Circle, and other leading tech and financial institutions. We are Series A-funded by Coinbase Ventures, PayPal, Framework, Dragonfly, and others. We’ve built financial products facilitating hundreds of millions in transaction volume across diverse asset types. We have no middle managers and move quickly from idea to execution. We value integrity, high‑agency and the ability to operate in ambiguity above all else.
The Credit Analyst sits at the front door of USD.AI’s lending business. You will be the person guiding AI infrastructure and compute operators seeking GPU‑backed financing through the journey from first conversation to funded loan. That means building rapport with borrowers, gathering what we need, and shepherding each deal through underwriting and diligence while supporting the credit team’s analysis.
This is a strong fit for someone who is part relationship manager, part analyst: comfortable being the borrower’s main point of contact, organized enough to run a diligence process end to end, and curious enough to dig into the numbers and documents behind a credit decision.
