Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring a New Accounts Representative at our Phoenix corporate headquarters. The role features hybrid flexibility after training, with pay dependent on experience and overtime eligibility.

You will input data into our scoring system, support quick credit decisions, and manage onboarding of new accounts. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong organizational and customer service skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of interpreting credit reports.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and online processes.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize work efficiently.
• Good internal and external customer service skills (verbal and written).
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Skilled at interpreting data contained in credit reports.
• Must be flexible with start and stop times depending on department needs.

Responsibilities

• Inputs information into the company scoring system and interprets results to arrive at a credit decision.
• Partners with Sales and Operations to ensure customers receive quick open account decisions.
• Performs credit due diligence upon receipt of credit application.
• Inputs approved applicants into the receivable system and maintains confidentiality.
