Precoat Metals is seeking a Credit Analyst- Corporate Collections Specialist to join our team in a full-time role. You will manage assigned accounts, resolve disputes, and work with Sales, Service, and Accounting to improve cash flow.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of B2B collections experience in a corporate setting, plus strong Excel and Oracle data skills. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines, helping reduce delinquencies and support accurate

Qualifications

• 2–3 years business-to-business collections experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
• Prior experience implementing collection tools and process improvements.
• Knowledge of high-volume collections, credit and billing procedures and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Maintain ownership of assigned accounts, follow-up activities, documentation, and escalation to minimize past due balances and maximize cash flow.
• Research and resolve invoice disputes, short pays and pricing discrepancies.
• Perform complex account reconciliations and ensure balances are accurate and supported.
• Proactively contact customers regarding delinquent invoices.
• Track customer commitments and follow through to completion with accurate collection notes.
• Provide timely communication to management regarding significant collection risks and delays.
• Build collaborations with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Operations, and customers to improve payment performance.
• Utilize Oracle, Excel, and other systems to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Demonstrate accountability, initiative, professionalism, and organization while managing multiple priorities.

Credit Analyst- Corporate Collections Specialist

Using your strong relationship and collaboration skills, you will be responsible for managing & collecting outstanding accounts receivables, resolving customer disputes and using technology to reduce open account balances. • Demonstrate accountability, initiative, professionalism, and strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

As the ideal candidate, you will be able to adapt quickly to changes to the organization’s needs along with the following experience:

• 2 - 3 years business to business collections experience in acorporateenvironment.
• Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience implementing collection tools & process improvements.
• Ability to adopt new technology to drive efficiencies in current processes.
• Knowledge of high-volume collections, credit and billing procedures and best practices.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups.
• Solid analytical and negotiating skills.
