Precoat Metals Corp in Missouri is seeking a Credit Analyst- Corporate Collections Specialist to join our finance team. You will manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable, resolve customer disputes, and leverage technology to reduce open balances.

You will build strong relationships across Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations, using Oracle and Excel to analyze data and drive process improvements while maintaining accuracy and timely communications with management.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years B2B collections experience in corporate environment.
• Able to work in fast-moving, team-oriented setting with deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• Experience implementing collection tools and process improvements.
• Knowledge of high-volume collections, credit and billing procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiating abilities.
• Proficient with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

• • Maintain complete ownership of assigned accounts, including follow-up activities, account documentation, problem resolution, and escalation when necessary to minimize past due balances and maximize cash flow.
  • Research and resolve invoice disputes, short pays and pricing discrepancies.
  • Perform complex account reconciliations and ensure account balances are accurate and supported.
  • Proactively contact customers regarding delinquent invoices.
  • Track customer commitments and follow through to completion while maintaining accurate collection notes and supporting documentation.
  • Provide timely communication and status updates to management regarding significant collection risks, customer concerns, and payment delays.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Operations, and customers to resolve issues and improve payment performance.
  • Utilize Oracle, Excel, and other business systems to analyze data, support collections activities, and drive process improvements.
  • Demonstrate accountability, initiative, professionalism, and strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  As the ideal candidate, you willbe able to adapt quickly to changesto the organization’s needs along with the following experience:

  • 2 - 3 years business to business collections experience in acorporateenvironment.
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience implementing collection tools & process improvements.
  • Ability to adopt new technology to drive efficiencies in current processes.
  • Knowledge of high-volume collections, credit and billing procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Solid analytical and negotiating skills.
