Job summary

Uline is seeking a Credit Team Lead to manage a dedicated team of Credit Analysts at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You will oversee credit reviews, resolve account issues, and drive data-informed decisions for our North American operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and process improvement, with a focus on mentorship and cross-functional support. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
• Strong communication with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
