Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leading distributor, is seeking a Credit Team Lead at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will manage a dedicated team of Credit Analysts, guiding performance and developing talent while ensuring timely analysis of customer creditworthiness to support business decisions.

You will step in to resolve customer account issues, evaluate orders stopped for credit review, and oversee special projects within the Credit team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in Credit or Collections preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help your team succeed.
• Step in to resolve customer account issues and evaluate orders stopped for credit review when needed.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and communicate findings to support informed, high-impact business decisions.
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.
