Job summary

Toyota North America in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Credit Analyst to evaluate and decide on retail and lease credit applications from automotive dealerships. This role supports the Toyota Financial Services EC objectives and requires sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.

The team values collaboration, accuracy, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with weekends/holidays rotating schedules. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience in automotive financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain decision call-back times at or below established objectives.
• Evaluate and negotiate deals to maintain the quality of purchases within guidelines.
• Advise management of problems or irregularities pertaining to retail, lease, or wholesale financing.
• Monitor dealer trends and identify and report adverse issues.
• Partner with Credit investigation as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

Toyota’s Eastern Region - Alpharetta, GA Experience Center (EC) is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Credit Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze and make determinations on approval, conditioning, and rejection of retail and lease credit applications received from automotive dealerships.

Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, the person in this role will support the Toyota Financial Services (TFS) EC objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining decision call-back times at or below established objectives.
• Evaluating and negotiating deals as necessary in order to maintain the quality of purchases within established guidelines.
• Advising management of any problems or irregularities pertaining to retail, lease, or wholesale financing, breeches of trust, or other violations of TFS plans.
• Monitoring dealer trends and identifying and reporting adverse issues.
• Partnering with Credit investigation as needed.
