Your Role

• Support review and improvement of business processes and systems by gathering requirements, defining needs, and testing enhancements for the Credit department.
• Input, analyze, and present financial information using analysis software to impact lending decisions.
• Stay informed on agricultural industries and national agriculture news to understand industry dynamics affecting lending strategies.
• Collaborate with the Credit Leadership team to support departmental projects and contribute to organizational goals.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Agriculture background or interest preferred.
• Sophomore status or above in academic program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
