Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for SMB clients.
• Liaise with clients throughout lending process, maintaining superior client experience.
• Evaluate and underwrite prospective loan packages, including commercial mortgages.
• Communicate with bankers, partners, and other service providers with professionalism.
• Manage transaction timelines.
• Compile high quality application packages and ensure communication between borrowers and others.
• Gather and organize necessary documentation for application packages.
• Negotiate loan terms and mortgage applications.
• Research SMB market regarding new ideas and products.
