• Knowledge of CAQH, provider data integrity, and enrollment timelines.
• Familiarity with hospital privileging requirements and payer enrollment portals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit credentialing and payer enrollment applications for new and existing providers.
• Manage hospital privileging applications and reappointments across facilities.
• Maintain and update CAQH profiles and attestations.
• Process provider demographic updates with payers (addresses, tax IDs, panel status).
• Monitor submission status with payers and licensing bodies; follow up as needed.
• Track licenses, certifications, DEA registrations, and enrollments; initiate renewals timely.
