Job summary

Cancer Center of South Florida is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging across locations. You will ensure timely enrollment with health plans, hospitals, and facilities, and keep provider data current in credentialing systems.

Your role includes renewing licenses and certifications, maintaining CAQH profiles, and collaborating with Revenue Cycle, Recruiting, and Operations to maintain smooth enrollment timelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit credentialing and payer enrollment applications.
• Manage hospital privileging applications and reappointments.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and ensure attestations are current.
• Track license, certification, and enrollment expirations; initiate renewals.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Recruiting and Operations to coordinate timelines.
