Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of credentialing experience in a high-volume environment.

• Proficiency with startup tech stacks and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider credentialing from intake to committee-ready files.
• Maintain data integrity across systems; track licenses, certifications, expirables.
• Improve throughput via digital tools; monitor NCQA, CMS, CAQH policy changes.
• Collaborate with payer enrollment and partner operations teams.
• Support partner/provider communication; draft updates and coordinate stakeholders.
• QA credentialing files against internal rubrics and NCQA standards.
