Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPCS certification required through National Association Medical Staff Services.
• 1-4 years of progressive experience in Medical Staff Services.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; strong computer skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete credentials files and credentialing database.
• Identify potential issues and adverse information; conduct independent investigations.
• Assist with medical staff meeting management and minute taking.
• Interact with applicants, liaisons, department chairs and medical staff leaders.
