Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate credentials files and credentialing database.
• Collect data for verification and evaluation of providers seeking appointment.
• Interact with applicants, liaisons, department chairs, and medical staff leaders.
• Identify potential issues or adverse information and investigate accordingly.
• Familiar with medical staff meeting management and minute taking.
• Support adherence to accreditation standards and perform other duties as assigned.
