Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of credentialing, provider enrollment, or background/verification experience required.
• High energy to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and multitasking.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to privacy (HIPAA) and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end credentialing for medical staff and allied health professionals, including initial appointments, provisional reviews, reappointments, and privilege delineation.
• Coordinate application processing to ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and timely.
• Conduct primary source verification of credentials and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain credentialing databases, ensuring data is complete, current, and audit-ready.
