Job summary

The role requires investigating applications, verifying documents, and issuing timely, high-quality data to clients, while meeting performance metrics and supporting related privilege processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor practitioner applications and accompanying documents, ensuring applicant eligibility.
• Conduct thorough investigation, research, and primary source verification of all components of the application file.
• Identify issues needing further investigation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Review documentation prior to submittal to clients, ensuring timely turnaround and data quality.
• Maintain the credentialing database, run queries, generate reports, and uphold data confidentiality.

Education
