Job summary

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance during credentialing processes
• Process and maintain credentialing for physicians and allied health professionals (125–200 quarterly)
• Maintain accurate provider data in Echo, including education, licensure, and experience
• Prepare materials for Credentials Committee, MEC, and Board of Trustees meetings
• Track certification and license expirations, and process reappointments
• Collect and manage provider information confidentially and accurately
• Coordinate medical staff meetings and collect dues
• Ensure adherence to hospital bylaws and state/federal regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Solid knowledge of the medical credentialing process
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to analyze data and work independently
• Proficiency with credentialing software (e.g., Echo) and Microsoft Office
