You will maintain licenses, certifications, and required documents, monitor expirations, and keep the MODIO credentialing database up to date.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in a medical office, and solid Excel and EMR/EHR experience.

The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of provider credentialing
and re-credentialing, ensuring all applications are accurately prepared, submitted, and monitored
through completion. This role maintains up-to-date records of licenses, certifications, and required
documents, proactively tracking expirations to prevent lapses. The Credentialing Specialist also
updates and manages provider information in the MODIO credentialing database to ensure
compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements.
