Fluke Health Solutions is hiring a Credentialing & Regulatory Specialist to lead and manage the credentialing and compliance program for our medical physicists. This role ensures timely renewals, regulatory compliance, and access to hospital systems across the country. Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare credentialing or radiation safety, are highly organized, and ready to build a program from the ground up. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end credentialing process for medical physicists, including application, verification, documentation and database maintenance.
  • Ensure timely renewals of licenses, certifications, and other required documents for the Medical Physics Service team.
  • Monitor and manage compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Administer and maintain company Radioactive Materials Licenses and State Service Registrations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulations related to medical physics services, and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct audits and provide reports to monitor and track compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits from external bodies.
  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory and accreditation bodies.
  • Train and educate team members about new regulations and policies.
  • Resolve any potential issues or risks that could affect the credentialing process or compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the ordering, termination and distribution of employee dosimeters and required by regulatory agencies and / or credentialing bodies.
  • Oversee the assignment and completion of regularly required educational programs, such as radiation safety training and DOT.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, medical or health physics, or a related scientific discipline).
  • Certification in Medical Staff Services (CPMSM) or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credentialing and regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical physics environment.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to medical physics services, including Radiation Materials Licenses and State Service Registrations.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to train and educate team members on regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with regulatory bodies, medical professionals, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with radiation safety protocols and radiation dosimetry management is a plus.
  • Proficiency with credentialing databases and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus or Equity

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 65,100.00 - 120,900.00
