$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator in Eden Praire, MN or remote.

Pay rate: $19/hr - $21/hr (dependent on experience/location)

You will be part of the Government Programs Licensing team, a team of highly skilled and experienced licensing coordinator that help support pharmacies. In this role, you will handle pharmacy license updates, check revalidations date, changes of information, and other related inquiries for Medicaid and Medicare provider enrollment.

Our ideal candidate for this Regulatory Affairs Coordinator must have/must be able to:

• License Submission – Submitting Licenses updates to Medicaid and Medicare enrollment timely and accurately

• National Provider Identifier – Process new application or changes of information request

• Documentation – Maintain accurate records and documentation related to licenses and adhere to internal written procedures

• Assess and prioritize workload appropriately

• Compliance Assurance – Conduct regular reviews of Medicaid and Medicare license requirement

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements for this Regulatory Affairs Coordinator:

  • 1+ years of working with a pharmacy license/enrollment
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to work in a team and collaborative environment
  • Experience in pharmacy or clinical setting
  • Ability to adapt
  • Experience in Medicaid/Medicare preferred
