You will coordinate configuration, implementation, maintenance, security, and audit procedures, partnering with users and service organizations. The role emphasizes knowledge of TJC/NCQA standards, credentialing workflows, and data quality, with duties including reporting, user training, and issue escalation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical staff services, provider enrollment, or credentialing experience.
• Experience with credentialing software platforms and data validation.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current standards (TJC/NCQA) and bylaws.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and collaboration.
• Serve as main liaison between ECHO and system users and coordinate audits and upgrades.
• Configure and maintain the ECHO Credentialing and Provider Data Management System.
• Develop metrics and reports to support system use and compliance.
