Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in Southeast, OH. The role focuses on processing provider credentialing with Medicaid and other payers, while supporting related billing and billing operations to aid reimbursement for behavioral health services.

The position requires knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS databases, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple portals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in credentialing in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid is required.
• 3 years of experience using an electronic health record system to process claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain individual provider files with up‑to‑date information for credentialing applications.
• Track portals for payer credentialing (CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, CMS) to ensure active logins and availability.
• Coordinate, monitor, and maintain credentialing, recredentialing, and contracting with insurance companies.
• Assist with client billing tasks to support reimbursement for services.
