Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeast Ohio is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing plus client billing tasks supporting reimbursement for behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred in related field.
• 1 year credentialing experience in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid required.
• 3 years experience using an electronic health record system to process claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider files and credentialing applications for government and commercial payers.
• Track CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, CMS portal logins and update provider data timely.
• Coordinate credentialing, re-credentialing, and contracting with insurers.
• Generate new NPI applications and terminate enrollments when needed.
• Support billing operations to aid reimbursement processes.
