Job summary

Rolling Hills Clinic is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to own and coordinate provider credentialing, privileging, recredentialing, payer enrollment, onboarding readiness, and related records across service lines.

The role partners with contracted vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliant workflows, including CAQH and payer portals. This on-site position emphasizes reliable collaboration and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of healthcare administrative, medical staff services, provider onboarding, payer enrollment, revenue cycle, HR, or comparable coordination experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and web-based portals, databases, or document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider onboarding and readiness, track documentation, and monitor timelines.
• Manage credentialing, privileging, and recredentialing workflows with contractors and internal teams.
• Oversee payer enrollment coordination, including submissions, dates, and documentation.
• Maintain secure provider records and portal attestations across Availity and CAQH.
