Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare credentialing.
• Familiar with Joint Commission and CMS standards.
• Knowledge of primary source verification methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing of network providers.
• Process provider applications and re-applications.
• Prepare provider profiles for Medical Executive Committee review.
• Attend and minute Medical Executive Committee meetings.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing regulatory requirements.
