Responsibilities

• Execute provider enrollment and credentialing across payers (CAQH ProView, license verification, submissions).
• Track status and SLAs, flag delays before bottlenecks form.
• Maintain clean trackers and dashboards; ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data gaps and portal issues to drive resolution.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up repetitive tasks.
• Coordinate with credentialing and RCM teams to ensure enrollment doesn't delay go-live.
