Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Process initial credentialing and recredentialing applications for providers.
• Verify and update provider licenses, certifications, education, work history, and malpractice coverage.
• Monitor renewal deadlines and notify providers of upcoming expirations.
• Facilitate enrollment and participation with payer networks and government programs.
• Maintain credentialing records and generate status reports as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for providers, payers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support onboarding and compliance.
