Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage credentialing activities for therapists with health plans. You will research payer requirements, submit applications, and maintain credentialing databases across NCQA standards.

The role requires 2+ years in provider credentialing, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with CAQH/NCQA guidelines. This full-time position supports U.S. operations, with visa sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of provider credentialing experience in managed care, hospital, or long-term care.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; eagerness to learn advanced software.
• Experience with CAQH/NCQA guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing or re-credentialing activities for therapists with health plans.
• Research payer credentialing requirements and manage application submissions.
• Maintain database of credentialing requirements and renewal schedules.
• Manage provider database per NCQA standards.
• Handle payer correspondence including applications and agreements.
• Prepare accurate, timely internal reports for staff.
• Collaborate with senior management, vendors, IS, and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
