Parkside Animal Health Center in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our AAHA-accredited team. The role focuses on high-quality patient care, anesthesia monitoring, lab work, and collaboration with three DVMs in a mentorship-oriented hospital.

You will bring AVMA-accredited program graduate status, a current Colorado veterinary technician license, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Graduate from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technician program.
Hold a current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and lab procedures.
Calm and efficient under stress with strong communication.
One year of experience in the veterinary industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care, administer treatments, monitor anesthesia and perform lab work.
Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow.
Educate clients on treatments, review medical records and answer questions.
Contribute to a positive hospital culture and training initiatives.
