Job summary
Mission Pet Health is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join the Livewell Animal Hospital network. You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work while mentoring team members and ensuring efficient workflows.
The role requires an AVMA-accredited program graduate with an active state license and ideally one year of veterinary experience. We offer a broad benefits package and opportunities for growth across our nationwide network.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- Must hold a current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
- Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and lab procedures.
- Calm and efficient under pressure with strong communication skills.
- One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care and administer treatments.
- Monitor anesthesia and perform routine lab work.
- Lead and mentor team members and ensure efficient workflow.
- Educate clients about treatments and review medical records.
