Job summary

Livewell Animal Hospital, LLC is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our on-site team, providing patient care, anesthesia support, and lab work across our network of locations. You will mentor colleagues, educate pet owners, and uphold high hospital standards while working in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate medical record review, and active participation in staff development within a growing veterinary network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and laboratory procedures.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments and monitoring anesthesia.
• Perform lab work and assist with diagnostic tests as part of the medical team.
• Lead, mentor, and support the medical team to maintain efficient workflow.
• Educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and address questions.
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture and training efforts.
