Total Education Solutions (TES) is seeking credentialed Education Specialists to join our Northern California team. You will oversee IEP processes, ensure compliance, and collaborate with school teams to meet special education needs.

Qualifications

• A valid credential in Special Education or be enrolled in a program and have passed the necessary tests.
• If on an Intern credential, must be willing to comply with state renewal requirements.
• Access to a mobile phone and basic internet for offsite work.
• Must clear FBI/DOJ background checks; TB test required.
• Must hold automobile liability insurance for driving a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute school's IEP process: prepare, write, facilitate IEPs.
• Ensure schools remain in compliance with IEP timelines and service tracking.
• Administer formal academic assessments such as Woodcock Johnson IV or KTEA III; present at IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with school site teams to meet special education needs.
