Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles seeks an Assistant to support the head of the Creators department. The Creators team spans six verticals, including Digital Media, Podcast, Talent Representation, Brand Partnerships, Content Sales, and Advisory, collaborating across divisions to move projects forward.
You will manage heavy phones, calendars, travel, and administrative tasks while tracking projects, data, and leads.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about the work, confident, not rattled easily, cool-headed, personable, a great anticipator, strong communicator curious and possess solid administrative skills. The individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task under pressure.
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
