This role will support the development and execution of creator-led storytelling across Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, and other commercial brands — helping connect business priorities with audience relevance and platform-native expression. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.

+ Track creator trends, emerging voices, and platform shifts to inform future planning and partner selection.

+ Collaborate with creative, brand, influencer marketing, and integrated marketing teams to ensure creator work is on-message, on-brand, and on-platform.

+ Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal, brand, and product requirements are integrated into creator workflows.

+ Support performance tracking and insights generation, contributing to post-campaign recaps and best practice development.

+ Help define guidelines and toolkits for creator engagement across business units and teams.
