Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead relationships across Feastables, MrBeast Apparel, MrBeast Labs, and other Beast brands. You will own the creator network, manage gifting programs, contracts, and budgeting to deliver strategic outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of the creator economy, strong communication with creators, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, schedules, and events that maximize brand impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing creator, influencer, or talent partnerships.
• Proven track record handling 5+ concurrent creator relationships.
• Ability to evaluate analytics beyond surface metrics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in internet culture and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with creators.
• Experience budgeting and negotiating rates for paid partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify creators aligned with goals across Beast brands.
• Conduct outreach and finalize creator selection for monthly activations.
• Coordinate with legal on contracts and usage rights.
• Write detailed creator briefs tailored to each brand.
• Review creator content for brand alignment and feedback.
• Coordinate posting schedules across creators.
• Manage large-scale gifting initiatives across brands.
• Manage product delivery and shipment with Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain creator database (3,000+ contacts).
• Track and report creator content performance monthly.
• Coordinate larger creator events and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with Social Media to develop co-creation concepts.
