Job summary

Beast Industries, a multifaceted media and entertainment company, seeks a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead relationships with creators across Feastables, MrBeast Apparel, MrBeast Labs, and other properties. You will manage a 3,000+ creator database, oversee gifting programs, contracts, and budgets, and ensure partnerships align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing creator, influencer, or talent partnerships for consumer-facing brands.
• Proven track record of managing 5+ concurrent creator relationships with on-time, on-brief delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in creator-facing contexts (briefs, outreach, feedback).

Responsibilities

• Research and identify creators aligned with campaign goals and audience targets.
• Coordinate with legal and creator management teams on contracts and usage rights.
• Write detailed creator briefs tailored to each brand's voice and objectives.
• Coordinate posting schedules across creators to align with launches and campaigns.
• Build and maintain the creator database and track content performance monthly.
