Requirements
Role Scope

As Creator Partnerships Lead, you will develop, grow, and manage our US ambassador channel. You will be responsible for achieving significant results in this key growth channel, positioning us as an industry-leading brand for US creators. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building, leading, and scaling the US Ambassador Team: Collaborate with Caitlin to build out the US team, oversee hiring, manage talented individuals, and support their development.
  • Developing and executing the US Ambassadors Strategy: Decide target audiences, investment levels, and content strategies. Work cross-functionally with partnerships, events, social media, and product teams to ensure ambassadors participate in key races, social campaigns, and create authentic content.
  • Winning and managing new ambassadors, and nurturing existing relationships: Expand the ambassador portfolio, lead negotiations, and build strong, empathetic relationships that generate ROI. As the team grows, you will mentor your team to develop compelling proposals and maintain a reputation as the #1 brand for industry collaborations.

You will work closely with Caitlin (Head of Ambassadors) to analyze and measure ambassador effectiveness and content impact.
