About the role

This is an exciting, fast-paced leadership role designed for someone who thrives on new opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution. As a Team Lead, Creator Success Strategy, you will oversee and scale LTK’s 1:many creator initiatives, including challenges, webinars, and data-driven programming. Managing a team dedicated to these initiatives, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with LTK’s broader Creator Success strategy while driving impactful engagement and education for creators.

This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to take on new challenges, energized by a fast-moving environment, and excited to work across multiple departments to drive results. Success in this role requires adaptability, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to innovation as LTK continues to evolve its creator strategies.

How you will make an impact

  • Manage a team: Ensure seamless operations, coaching them to execute high-impact creator programs.
  • Scale 1:many Programs: Expand and enhance LTK’s 1:many webinar program and creator challenges, ensuring broader reach and stronger engagement.
  • Challenge Execution: Own the end-to-end logistics of creator challenges, from initial planning to prize distribution and post-challenge analysis.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze creator performance data, track engagement metrics, and provide insights that shape LTK’s success strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key internal teams—including legal, CRM, analytics, and marketing—to ensure seamless execution of creator programs.
  • Content Development & Thought Leadership: Create compelling, strategic content for masterminds and coaching sessions that help creators maximize their success.
  • New Initiatives & Special Projects: Take the lead on evolving programs, including but not limited to ambassador initiatives, blog updates, resource curation, and new creator workshops.

What You Will Bring to LTK
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In marketing, communications, business administration, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience: Leading and mentoring others, whether through direct team management or by guiding cross-functional partners, peers, or junior team members.
  • 3+ years of experience: In project management, creator relations, training, data analysis, or sales enablement—ideally in a fast-moving, creator-driven environment.
  • Public Speaking & Training Expertise: Experience delivering training, presentations, or webinars to large groups in an engaging and dynamic manner.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms like Hubspot or equivalent tools is a plus.
  • Deep Understanding of the Creator Economy & Social Media: Stay ahead of platform trends, understand creator pain points, and translate that knowledge into actionable strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom for managing workflows, presentations, and team collaboration.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: Embrace challenges, see new initiatives as opportunities, and always look for ways to refine and enhance creator success strategies.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Think outside the box to develop innovative content and engagement strategies that resonate with creators.
