Job summary

Live Nation Urban seeks a Media and Creator Manager to support the VP of Marketing and Sponsorship in building culturally impactful media campaigns across digital, traditional, and creator channels.

You will curate creators, negotiate, execute, and report on campaigns, collaborate on media plans, and deliver end-to-end proposals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of media planning experience.
• Experience working with content creators.
• End-to-end campaign management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Curate culturally relevant creators for creator campaigns.
• Use proprietary software to curate, negotiate, execute, and report on campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams on media plans.
• Develop and optimize end-to-end media proposals across channels.
• Work with internal teams, agencies, and clients to set media goals and strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights and post-campaign recaps.
• Build dashboards to track reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Lead media plan development and client presentations.
