Best Buy in Minnesota is seeking a Creator Marketing Specialist to support the creator affiliate program and execute affiliate retail media campaigns that drive enterprise and vendor objectives. This is a hybrid role with days at a Best Buy location and days remote.

You’ll coordinate campaigns end-to-end, recruit and manage a network of creators, oversee communications, and track performance using Impact tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years related experience in digital/influencer/affiliate marketing.
• Experience with Impact technology or other affiliate SaaS platforms (Rakuten Advertising, CJ, Awin, etc.).
• Experience with social media platforms: TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube.

Job Description

As the Creator Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the creator affiliate program and execute affiliate retail media campaigns that drive enterprise and vendor objectives. You are a key collaborator and liaison to internal business partners and external creator partners and agency. You must be excellent at project management, organization, strong attention to detail, and be clear and consistent communicator. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you’ll do

• Support affiliate and creator campaigns from E2E for a smaller-scale category, including campaign briefings, incentive management, budget pacing, content coordination, and performance optimization.
• Execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage a network of creators aligned with brand values and goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and agencies.
• Manage creator communications, including newsletters, promotional updates, and vetting creator program applications to drive program growth and engagement.
• Lead data collection and reporting, using Impact creator tools to track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor creator content and campaign activity to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and affiliate program T&Cs.
• Support workflows within Impact Platform, ensuring accurate tracking/feeds, reporting, and timely commission payments.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years related experience working directly with digital/influencer/affiliate marketing
