Superpower in San Francisco is seeking an experienced in-house short-form creator to join as Creator-in-Residence. This role goes beyond content production—it's about shaping a new model of tech-meets-health media with real creative freedom and a mission to make health content as culturally resonant as music or sport.

You’ll capture and produce lo-fi, iPhone-native videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, often behind the camera, directing and editing to feel authentic.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of creating viral content.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and their dynamics.
• Creative storytelling and narrative development for short-form formats.
• Proficiency with mobile-focused editing tools (CapCut, VN).
• Health interest and cultural curiosity about health media.

Responsibilities

• Capture and create lo-fi, socially-native content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Direct, shoot, and edit iPhone content; coach on-camera participants.
• Edit with mobile-first workflows to maximize engagement and pacing.
• Conceptualize bold short-form formats and guide end-to-end execution.
• Track trends and implement virality strategies into content pipelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and design to ensure brand consistency.
• Suggest hooks and storytelling shifts to optimize reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and refine approach to meet goals.
