You will develop bespoke strategies for Playbook's top creators, track performance weekly, publish a trends newsletter, and mentor teams on content that blends organic and paid approaches. This role is foundational for scalable AI-powered guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building scalable content strategies for creators.
• Experience with Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
• Ability to translate strategy into repeatable templates that creators can execute.

Responsibilities

• Develop bespoke social media strategies for Playbook's top creators.
• Research viral trends, algorithm updates, and new platform features across Instagram and TikTok.
• Track and analyze creator performance on a weekly basis.
• Conduct weekly viral content analysis and share key insights with the team.
• Publish a recurring newsletter covering social media trends relevant to our creator verticals.
• Lead community calls or webinars as needed.
• Provide feedback and strategic support for paid advertising creative.
• Contribute to creator education, curriculum, and training.
